We develop a working context which is customized for our consultants’ needs. In return for an accessible monthly fee, they benefit from important means to develop their activity:

-A platform of online services that guides them in every step (canvassing centralization and transaction, evaluation of property market value, remuneration control, etc.);

-An ample visibility of adverts, over more than 200 real estate portals;

-Support from headquarters, at commercial, legal and communication levels, making a dedicated manager available;

-Solid partnerships with accredited professionals (notaries, solicitors, banks, qualified experts…).

A training program to enrich competencies and evolve

From its inception, I@D has always wanted to offer its consultants a complete training program to guarantee their professionalism and give them the freedom to build a career plan:

-Training hubs and certified trainers who give on-site training throughout the year;

-All our new consultants benefit from help getting integrated and on-the-field accompaniment thanks to our sponsor system.

An attractive remuneration system

With an economic model that aims for the reduction of structural costs and fixed taxes, our consultants benefit from a higher remuneration to that practiced by traditional real estate agents. Besides that, once certified they can become managers and be remunerated for the production of their own affiliate sales teams.

The real estate consultant has the status of real estate negotiator. His/her mission includes prospection and evaluation of properties, their canvassing and promotion, the accompaniment of visits and the negotiation between interested parties. The real estate consultant does not receive any fee and does not draw up a Sale&Purchase contract or deed.

    Training path

    At I@D training is a priority. It starts from the consultant’s recruitment, accompanying him throughout his evolution within the I@D network. The training program focuses mostly on «a consultant’s ability to be autonomous in the relationship with the client (canvassing, negotiating…) and to be able to activate the necessary resources (fiscal, legal…) to the safe exercise of their activity.

    The consultant’s path is developed in three stages:

    -an initial evaluation, which allows the consultant and his/her sponsor to identify their knowledge, strengths and points to perfect;

    -An involvement in the culture of the I@D network, its values and its organization;

    -Training that encompasses used, new, under construction and commercial properties.

    The association of the human and technological components

    This path is achieved thanks to two indissociable and complementary channels:

    -the sponsor’s accompaniment: integration and field training;

    -On-site modules: a step-by-step path in 16 months.

    I@D consultants also benefit from a personalized counselling, which answers their questions, as well as a complete online platform to which they can resort whenever necessary.

    I@D has a training director who formulates and conducts the whole training plan for the company.

    I@D organizes training sessions at its headquarters and its several regional hubs. Two programs are offered: a 16 month professional training and manager oriented training which lasts 12 months.

    Dominate the profession

    This training program goes from learning the profession of real estate consultant to the total domination of all the stages intrinsic to a real estate transaction. There are also refresher courses on real estate financing, the legal and fiscal aspects, as well as urban planning.

    Training in management

    From the moment a consultant has made his/her first incursion in the field, he/she can aspire to become a manager. Besides an expert in the profession, he/she will also possess the ability to recruit and head his/her own teams. There are different levels, according to experience and advancement in the training program. The level reached depends on the number of people who are recruited.

    Becoming an I@D ambassador

    I@D managers can, in turn, become trainers, becoming at the same time true references in terms of communication within the I@D network. For this effect, they can take two refresher courses oriented by the I@D training director.

    All new I@D consultants benefit from a personalized accompaniment by an experienced manager, who will provide necessary information and advice to achieve success in the integration process and in the building of a career within the network.

    This supports starts with an initial training day, during which the consultant discovers the functioning model and the network’s specificities, as well as its culture, philosophy and values.

    Next, the integration training starts, which lasts six weeks. The new consultant acquires countless legal, fiscal, commercial, technical and technological concepts.  

    From theory to practice

    The sponsor also has as a mission to familiarize the consultant with anything which concerns I@D and the group of partners that support the network’s services: real estate portals, banks, notaries, etc.

    An on-site trainer, the sponsor is at the consultant’s side from his/her first meetings with the client and helps him/her to make his /her first transactions.
